IT Infrastructure

IT Applications

Develops and manages applications used to support institutional functions.

Security Operations Centre

Monitors systems, detects threats, and strengthens cybersecurity resilience.

Administration

Coordinates institutional operations, coordination, and administrative support.

Estates

Oversees property, facilities, and office environment management.

Business Development

Supports growth initiatives, partnerships, and strategic business opportunities.

Transport

Handles transport planning and movement support for institutional operations.

Stores

Manages inventory, supplies, and stock control for the agency.

Procurement

Coordinates sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes.

Corporate Affairs

Manages communication, reputation, and stakeholder engagement for the agency.

Call Centre

Handles incoming inquiries, support requests, and public service engagement.

Consumer Affairs

Addresses consumer concerns, feedback, and service-related issues.
